The RegenTech Physical Therapy Story
RegenTech Physical Therapy was born from a deep desire to do things differently.
Founded in 2018 as Performance Health and Wellness, we set out to break away from the limitations of traditional physical therapy — focusing instead on personalized care, long-term outcomes, and helping people truly take control of their health. But as the healthcare landscape evolved and breakthrough regenerative technologies emerged, we saw something even more powerful: a new way to heal. A way that taps into the body’s own potential to regenerate, restore, and rise.

That discovery changed everything. We made a bold investment — not just in cutting-edge tools, but in a completely new philosophy of care. RegenTech represents a radical shift in how physical therapy can be delivered. We're not just here to help our clients feel better faster — we're here to raise the standard of the entire profession. By proving what’s possible with regenerative technology and results-driven care, we hope to inspire a new generation of physical therapists to think bigger, treat smarter, and never settle for “good enough.”
We’re bringing the future of healing to the LC Valley — and reshaping the future of physical therapy while we do it.
Regenerate. Restore. Rise.
Meet the RegenTech Physical Therapy team

Dr. Kyle Palmer, PT, DPT
Regenerative Physical Therapist
I built RegenTech Physical Therapy to be the future of care — because settling for “good enough” was never an option.
Originally launched in 2018 as Performance Health + Wellness, this clinic was my answer to a frustrating, one-size-fits-all healthcare system that left too many people stuck, unheard, and limited.
RegenTech represents the next evolution: a place where advanced regenerative technology meets individualized care to deliver faster healing, deeper results, and long-term resilience.

With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, a Master’s in Education from Walsh University, and a Bachelor's from Boise State, my background blends clinical science with the heart of a teacher and coach. Before opening my practice, I spent a decade as a college basketball assistant coach — leading strength and conditioning programs and helping athletes push beyond their limits. That same performance mindset drives everything we do here: not just helping you heal, but helping you perform at your best in real life.

Through years of experience and innovation, I developed our signature 3-phase regenerative program — Regenerate, Restore, Rise — to give people a clear and proven path to healing. This program is the core of what we do: first, we activate healing using state-of-the-art technology like laser therapy, shockwave, dry needling, multi-waveform electrical stimulation, myofascial decompression and blood flow restriction training. Then, we rebuild strength and movement through expert, personalized guidance. Finally, we build long-term resilience so you don’t just bounce back — you rise higher than before.

We also offer the LC Valley’s only certified pelvic health specialist, expanding access to life-changing care our community truly needs.

Your body is capable of more than you’ve been told. Let’s treat it like it — and take it further than you ever thought possible.
Dr. Tara Kazemfar, PT, DPT, PRPC
Pelvic Health Specialist

Pelvic health isn’t just rehab — it’s the foundation of strength, confidence, and control.
And no one understands that better than Dr. Tara Kazemfar. As the only certified pelvic health specialist in the LC Valley, she brings advanced expertise, compassion, and clarity to an area of care that’s too often overlooked or misunderstood.

Dr. Kazemfar earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2017 and went on to achieve her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2023 — a distinction held by only a select group of therapists nationwide. She specializes in pre- and postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, core dysfunction, and a wide range of pelvic health conditions that impact both women and men.

What sets her apart is how she blends cutting-edge knowledge with RegenTech’s powerful Regenerate, Restore, Rise system. Her pelvic floor therapy starts by activating healing with our advanced regenerative technologies, dry needling, and myofascial techniques. From there, she rebuilds movement, strength, and control through highly individualized programming. Finally, she helps clients rise into long-term resilience, equipping them with the tools and education they need to stay strong and confident for life.

At RegenTech, we don’t treat symptoms — we treat people. And Dr. Kazemfar is the kind of provider who makes that mission a reality every day. Her ability to simplify complex issues, listen deeply, and deliver results is changing lives across the LC Valley.
